This page explains what Keloid Buds collects when you use this site, and what we do with it. Keloid Buds is run by CauliBuds LLC, doing business as Keloid Buds, [business address to be confirmed].

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, email address, and, for clinicians, your practice name, role and the address a sample should go to.
• A clinic referral code, if you arrived through a link from a clinic.
• The page and ad campaign you arrived from, taken from the link you clicked.

Why we collect it

To send you what you asked for, such as an offer, a guide or a sample kit, and to follow up about it. We use the referral code to credit the clinic that sent you.

Where it is stored

The details you submit are stored with Vercel, in the United States.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel hosts this site and stores the details you submit.
• Resend sends our email.
• Shopify handles orders and payment. When you check out you leave this site. Your card and payment details never touch this site.
• Google and Meta tags load only after you allow cookies. If you choose "No thanks", they do not load.

Cookies and browser storage

• kb_ref is a cookie that lasts 30 days. It remembers a clinic referral code.
• kb_admin_session is a cookie used only when a Keloid Buds team member signs in to the admin area. Visitors never receive it.
• kb_consent is your cookie choice. It is saved in your browser's local storage.
• Campaign tags from the link you arrived on are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
• The number of kits in your cart is kept in your browser's local storage.
• Google and Meta may set their own cookies, but only after you allow cookies.

Asking us to delete your details

Email support@keloidbuds.com and tell us the email address you used. We will delete what we hold about you, apart from anything we must keep by law.
